Registration for our Skylab Summer Youth Camps will be opening on May 1st! We will run two sessions, an AM class centered around an introduction to Lampworking and a PM classes that will include soft glass and glass fusing practices. All creations made over the course of the 4 day (Mon-Thu) camp will be taken home by the students! We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to host you this summer!
Skylab Glass Arts is a Twin Cities lampworking facility focused on studio space rental, glass art instruction and raw material retail. Our 3000+sq/ft. facility offers space for up to eight monthly rentals and an octagonal "training" table used for hosting glass art classes and availability for hourly rental.
Skylab Glass Arts is your Minnesota headquarters for glass from Northstar, Glass Alchemy, TAG, Schott, Simax and more. We carry Blast Shield Tools, Skutt Kilns, and have a myriad of other supplies ranging from opals to rolling rods and everything in between! Stop on by top pick up supplies for your home studio, or grab your glass on the way in to rent space in the studio!
Skylab Glass Arts offers glass art instruction for everyone. Ranging from no experience necessary beginner classes to hands-on classes with nationally renowned artists. Our Classes calendar lists all currently available offerings, and keep an eye out for new classes added weekly!
